13.6 Billion Dirhams Of Dubai Real Estate Transactions In A Week
Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 13.6 billion dirhams in a week, as the department witnessed the registration of 2560 pledges of allegiance at a value of 8.7 billion dirhams, including 323 pledges of allegiance to lands at a value of 3.33 billion dirhams and 2237 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas at a value of 5.37 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales came in the first Dubai Marina area, with a value of 230 million dirhams, and the second with a value of 230 million dirhams, then the allegiance came with a value of 130 million dirhams in the fourth Al Thanyah area.
The fifth region of Al-Habibiyah topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 86 pledges at a value of 249 million dirhams, followed by the second Al-Quoz region, with 62 pledges of pledge at a value of 713 million dirhams, and a third in the city of Hind 4, with 49 pledges of 70 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of 420 million dirhams in the Umm Suqeim area was the most important sale, followed by a sale of 55 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a sale of 46 million dirhams in the first Zabeel area.
Al-Merkadh area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 296 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 422 million dirhams, followed by the Al-Barsha area south of the fourth, with 254 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 228 million dirhams, and a third in Dubai Marina, recording 163 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 588 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 3.02 billion dirhams, including 96 land mortgages at a value of 1.52 billion dirhams and 392 mortgages for villas and apartments at a value of 1.5 billion dirhams.
As for donations, 196 donations were recorded, with a value of 1.94 billion dirhams.
Friday actions
On Friday, real estate transactions amounted to more than 1 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 328 pledges of allegiance at a value of 810.12 million dirhams, including 50 pledges of allegiance to land, at a value of 161.62 million dirhams, and 278 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 648.5 million dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 13 million dirhams in the first Dubai Investment Park area, followed by a pledge of 9 million dirhams in the second Al Quoz area, followed by a pledge of 9 million dirhams in the fourth Al Habiya area.
Al-Habibiya 5th district topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 15 sales at a value of 42 million dirhams, followed by the city of Hind 4, with 13 sales at a value of 20 million dirhams, and a third in Seih Shuaib 1, with 6 sales at a value of 9 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 46 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 39 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally the sale of 35 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.
Al Barsha, south of the fourth district, topped the areas in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 45 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 36 million dirhams, followed by Al-Merkadh region, with 32 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 27 million dirhams, and a third in Wadi Al-Safa 5, recording 23 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 35 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 195.24 million dirhams, of which 15 land mortgages amounted to 48.37 million dirhams and 59 mortgages for villas and apartments amounted to 146.87 million dirhams.
As for the donations, 10 donations were recorded, with a value of 60.59 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Palm Jumeirah area, with a value of 29 million dirhams, and another in the Fifth District, with a value of 17 million dirhams.
